Privacy Notice
Archer IT Services LLC
Last updated: 09/26/2026
Archer IT Services LLC (“Archer IT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect through our website at ARCHERITSERVICES.COM (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. This notice covers the Site only — it does not cover data we access or process on a client’s own systems while delivering managed IT services, which is instead governed by our signed Managed Services Agreement (and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement, CJIS security addendum, or similar compliance document with that client).
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the message content.
Client portal redirect. The Site includes a button that redirects current clients to our separate ticketing/support portal login page. We do not collect any login credentials or portal activity through the Site itself — that platform has its own login system and, if it provides one, its own privacy notice, which we encourage you to review.
Automatically collected data. The Site does not currently use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or chat widgets. If that changes in the future, we will update this notice to describe what is collected and, where required, obtain your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
Server logs. Our web hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and site-operation purposes, consistent with typical web server administration.
We use the information collected through the contact form to:
We do not use contact form submissions for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information collected through the Site with:
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and then delete or archive them consistent with our internal recordkeeping practices.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may:
Oklahoma residents: Oklahoma’s comprehensive privacy statute (the Oklahoma Consumer Data Privacy Act, SB 546) takes effect January 1, 2027, and applies to businesses that process the personal data of at least 100,000 Oklahoma consumers annually (or 25,000 consumers if more than half of revenue comes from data sales). Archer IT does not currently meet these thresholds and is not subject to the Act’s formal requirements, but we honor the spirit of the access, correction, and deletion requests described above as a matter of practice. If our data processing scale changes, we will update this notice accordingly.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed to children.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our client ticketing/support portal. This Privacy Notice does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices separately.
As a managed IT services provider, Archer IT may, in the course of delivering contracted services, access, store, or process data — including data subject to HIPAA, CJIS, PCI-DSS, GLBA, or similar regulatory frameworks — on systems owned or controlled by our clients. That data handling is governed exclusively by the applicable client Master Services Agreement and any required compliance addendum (e.g., a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement or CJIS Security Addendum), not by this website Privacy Notice. Nothing on this Site is used to collect, store, or transmit that regulated client data.
We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by a new version posted here.
