This Legal Notice governs your use of the website located at ArcherITServices.com (the “Site”), operated by Archer IT Services LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Archer IT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is provided to give general information about Archer IT Services LLC’s managed IT services, to allow prospective and current clients to contact us, and to direct current clients to our client ticketing/support portal. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding service offer; managed services are governed exclusively by a signed Managed Services Agreement, Service Level Agreement, or other written contract between Archer IT and the client.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a tailored assessment of your organization’s IT environment, security posture, or compliance obligations. You should not act, or refrain from acting, based solely on information found on the Site.
All text, graphics, logos, the Archer IT name and mark, and other content on the Site are owned by Archer IT Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and a redirect to our client ticketing/support portal, which is a separate platform operated on infrastructure that may be provided by a third party. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any linked third-party site, including the ticketing portal’s own login page once you leave the Site. Use of the ticketing portal is subject to its own terms and any separate agreement you have with us.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here alters the terms of any separate signed services agreement between Archer IT and a client, which controls for actual IT service delivery.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archer IT Services LLC and its members, managers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of this Legal Notice.
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in CREEK COUNTY, Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of this Legal Notice is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
